Have you ever had to push a car?

Getting it to even start moving seems nearly impossible.
You have to put everything you've got into it just to get it to budge an inch.
But, once you get the first few feet the next few are a bit easier. Before you know it
the care is moving with MUCH less effort and after a bit more you are nearly chasing it!
What happens if you stop pushing?
Oh, it will keep going for a while just on the energy you have put in but it won't
be long before it will slow and then come to a complete stop.
Now you have to start all over again.
This same thing is true when it comes to correcting your spine. It is hard work in the beginning but soon each adjustment is easier than the last and the adjustments begin to hold longer and longer. Stop care for a few weeks or until you start to feel bad and we have to start all over.
All the work we did in the beginning is gone!
