I made this recipe and it does work! I didn't do it overnight but I did start it first thing in the morning and by mid afternoon when I opened the oven door the timer had "popped" out and the meat was pulling away from the bone. This method doesn't heat your house for hours and frees up your oven for other items if you do it overnight. What we didn't eat I put in a container with alittle of the turkey juice and put it in the freezer for moist turkey at a later date. Give it a try. Terry
