Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix

2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
This is equal to one package of commercail taco seasoning mix.
Add to One pound of browned turkey or beef.
Mix Up a double or triple batch to have on hand. 2 1/2-3 Tablespoons per pound of meat.
Adjust spice quantities to suit your taste.
